* In LeanIX define your (North Star) Objectives and link them to Initiatives (Project type) * Each Initiative (Project) must have **at most** one Business Capability and be linked to the Objective as north star (note: do not add more than one capability to an Initiative or it will duplicate lines) * Add Milestones to explain the transitions in the Initiative. No need to add them on the Timeline. * Define your transformations at Application level - and link them to the respective Initiatives - this will create the link all the way from **Strategy** (Objective) to **Execution** (transition and impact) * You can have multiple Initiatives that attribute to the same Objective and Business Capability (this will render on the same transformation line)
* Defined Business Capabilities and ideas for north star type of Objectives that are to be realized by Initiatives * Applications, Transformations and Impacts defined * For making the report work in versions other than Metamodel v4 additional steps for setup is required, which will be prompted during first run.
