This Survey asks recipients to assess the general availability of a Fact Sheet. This is mostly used for Applications, IT Components, and Interfaces.
Utilizes the "Conditionality" Survey feature.
Details
This survey enables senders to get insights on availability of different kinds of Fact Sheets. The results will also give an overview on escalation communication paths (e.g. E-Mail, Phone, etc.) are used.
Obtain insights from Application owners on availability for certain Fact Sheets, their impacts on internal and external customers and the escalation paths.
