This extension adds EU AI Act compliance fields to the Application fact sheet — covering risk classification, conformity assessments, CE marking, documentation statuses, and transparency obligations. Two automated calculations derive the EU AI Act risk level and obligation status from your fact sheet field entries.
Warning: After you activate the extension, you can only undo these changes by deleting them manually.
Details
The EU AI Act, which entered into force on 1 August 2024, is the world's first comprehensive legal framework for artificial intelligence. It classifies AI systems by risk level — from Unacceptable to Minimal — and imposes obligations around conformity assessments, CE marking, technical documentation, and transparency disclosures for high-risk systems.
This extension adds the fields needed to assess and track your AI systems' compliance status directly on Application fact sheets in SAP LeanIX. It covers Article 5 prohibited practice screening, Annex III high-risk category assessment with Article 6(3) derogation logic, Article 50 transparency obligation tracking, and a compliance documentation and obligation status overview on the Application fact sheet — next to other top-level governance fields.
Two automated calculations are included: one derives the EU AI Act risk level from your fact sheet field entries, and one tracks the overall obligation status based on your compliance fields.
